Where can we replace laptop Back light in india?
my laptop lost its light in its lcd screen. everything else work perfect. we can see everything in lcd screen if we put light in front or via sunlight...where can we replace it in india: kerala or in karnataka?

This is Yahoo Answers UK. You should have put this question on Yahoo Answers India to get more answers. But I think any computer shop in kerala or in Karnataka should repair this problem as its not a very big job.

Which is the best place to buy a laptop, among UK and India, in cost?
I would be leaving India in 2 weeks time for higher education purpose. I would like to know, is it better to buy a laptop from India or to purchase it from Uk itself......

I know of the MSI Wind laptop.and there is the Acer One. But I want to know the cheapest configuration of the laptop and where to buy it in Chennai India.

if you mean the netbooks, the asus eeepc 4G surf 7" retails for 18k, http://www.eeepc.in hcl have a 2 gb, for 16k ., but then the asus is way better the slightly bigger 9" & 10" one's from asus retail for 26 to 33k and could be expensive http://www.eeepc.in/Specification.php
